TurboTax is one of the most high-traffic digital products in the TurboTax is one of the most high-traffic digital products in the United States, especially during tax season. I was brought in to help prepare for their biggest sales season of 2024, partnering with WebOps, Marketing, Legal, Copywriting, and other designers to turn business plans into functional pieces of their sales funnel. This directly supported their revenue goals while meeting the high standards Intuit is known for.
Self-Employment Tax Hub
For the product launch of Intuit’s Self-Employment Tax Hub, my role was to stitch the perspectives of various teams into a cohesive and simple web page. The cleanness of the design is hiding a level of complexity that is multi-departmental, resulting in a page that guides customers through the pipeline, offers clear pathways for additional research where that’s needed, and leaves the customer feeling confident they’re on the right path.
Product Comparison Page
This comparison experience distilled some of the most complex product details into an important decision point. I collaborated with Marketing, Legal, and Engineering to translate eligibility rules, AI and expert-support features, and pricing structures into a layout that could be understood in seconds. The goal was to reduce cognitive load, prevent errors, and guide users toward the product that would deliver their highest refund. The final design helped people make an informed choice without feeling overwhelmed.

This page was designed to offer meaningful add-ons without diluting the user’s sense of ease or progress. I collaborated across departments to simplify value props and present users with a clean and easy-to-understand interface.
