TurboTax is an industry-leading SaaS product that I supported during its major 2024 sales push and tax season. I collaborated cross-functionally with developers, copywriters, legal, and marketing teams to design high-impact product pages, user flows, and visual experiences.

While I did not create the core branding or global design systems (those are handled by multinational agencies), I evolved and applied those systems and adapted them thoughtfully to meet campaign goals. Every page and flow I designed aligned with business objectives and contributed to the team’s success.
