Hello! My name is Ryan, and I’m a Senior UX Designer. That's what I do, but who am I? Well, if I was going to make a Venn diagram to describe myself... oh wait, I did!
Why those three people? Well, with Steve Jobs I share a love of simplicity, creating elegantly intuitive products, and wowing customers. With Mr. Rogers I share a love of delighting people, empowering them to be their best selves, and I believe that telling meaningful stories can change the world. And Alan Watts and I share a love for philosophy, exploring the deep mysteries of the universe, and we both are known for maintaining excellent facial hair.
My design career has been focused on the creation of websites and web apps, UX design, and brand creation and development. I’m also an illustrator, and in my spare time, I love to design adorable characters and create delightful animations.
I have cultivated many skills, but I am not a jack-of-all-trades. What I am is a craftsman who’s highly skilled in things like empathy, creativity, problem-solving, and simplifying complexity.
